Such a beautiful home to spend a week away with the family! House itself is so well equipped; everything from high chairs to bed guards, garden games to kiddy kitchen stuff…. This place has it all. Beautiful, Victorian home with three large bedrooms, big family bathroom with great power shower and lovely double doors out onto the large garden. Lovely dining area just off the kitchen which makes it home away from home. Location is perfect! A stones throw away from Lymington harbour and all the lovely eateries, pubs, crabbing spots and ice cream places. Some great kids parks close by too as well as driving distance to Adventure Wonderland (great family day out for under 8’s), Paultons Park and so much more. Highly recommended and re-booking for sure!

Just dropping in here to thank thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely cottage. It was everything we could have wished for -from the moment we found the card and welcome pack, we knew we would have a very happy stay. The Talbot Cottage Guidebook, available via an app, was beyond anything I've ever experienced. Do add eatPizza, where the food was great and the service was brilliant in these Covid times. Highlights of the cottage were: a quiet location, but close to the Quay and High Street; parking (such a rarity in the centre of Lymington); comfy beds (even more of a rarity in holiday accommodation in my experience!); garden - great for all ages; an excellent cooker and a super shower. We had a great holiday and would certainly return!

Beautiful home, with everthing you can think of to make it a very enjoyable stay.
Located close to the railway station, it is in an excellent position to either walk into the centre of Lymington or out onto the coastal paths
